5.1Refunds can be requested only when your account is active and does not have any outstanding balance to pay. Refunds cannot be claimed on any sort of promotional credits, bonuses or rewards.
5.2It may take up to 3 weeks to successfully process a refund. Furthermore, refunds will be made only to the original payment method that was used to make the initial payment.
